We are very pleased with the flexibility and experience that the folks at Nerak brought to our recent user documentation and training project. It was important to us to get a number of end user instructional videos in place shortly after the release of our RI360 software. Karen Naumann was very understanding and worked closely with us as the final solution and user experience were still evolving. She scripted and produced a video series that enhances the transfer of knowledge to RI360 users when they read our user reference manual as well as interact with our online help. Well done Nerak...!
