Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy At Nerak Training & Consulting we reserve the right to withdraw a course from our calendar if no one has registered for it within five calendar days of the session date. In many instances, we have clients waiting for training in one of our higher level or specialty courses. When no one registers for an advertised session, we are able to accommodate those clients in a timely fashion.

If you have registered to take a training session with us, you may cancel that commitment without charge until noon of the day before the scheduled session. If you cancel after that time period, we will invoice you for the session and offer you a seat in the next regularly scheduled class of the course you cancelled.

If you have prepaid for a session and you are unable to attend, we will refund your payment or hold it as a credit on your account to be applied to future training if you meet the cancellation criteria stated in the Cancellation Policy paragraph above.
