To help learners build new skills and efficiencies using today's complex business application software Nerak provides an application expert to instruct each desktop software course. The learning group can be as small as two and as large as you require. We offer group training on a wide variety of different products, and our in-house classes are run on a regular monthly schedule. You can register for any of our classes, and attend sessions one by one as you need them.

If you are looking at training more than one user, we can create custom courses for your group, and have one of our learning experts present the material. We recommend that this is done for groups of 10 or less learners, with all learners having access to their own computer, we can bring our Computer Training "Class in a Box" to your facility. We have the option of using our 'standard' sets of exercises that learners will work through in the class, or we can work with your staff to develop exercises that are directly relevant to your day-to-day workings.

Learners are always provided with a manual, which they receive at the beginning of each class. The manual provides explanations of the concepts covered, and can be used later on by the learner as a review or for future reference.

How much does a custom training program cost?
Custom courses involve needs assessments, and courseware design. Our professional service fee for custom work starts at $90.00 / hour. However professional service fees all depend on other factors. Once you let us know your needs, we can provide a best value estimate for your project.
